John Hirsh
John Hirsh, 61, has been a member of the following user groups: -- President of the Metropolitan Milwaukee Area IBM PC User Group (2000-2005) -- Webmaster of the Wisconsin All-computer Users Group (2000-2005) -- Combined Computer User Groups that meets two to four times a year at Wisconsin State Fair Park with the Supercomputers Show (2002-2005) -- Milwaukee Computer Society (1998-2005) -- Milwaukee Help Users Group (1998-2005) -- Southeastern Wisconsin Windows Users Group (1996-2005) -- Wisconsin Association of Systems Management (2005) -- Milwaukee Webmasters (FrontPage / Dreamweaver) at Marquette University (defunct) -- Former President of the Epson User Group (cpm) (defunct) John also has attended the APCUG Annual Conference in January, 2005 in Las Vegas; the Southwest Users Group Conference in San Diego in 2004; and the Chicago Computer Society Mini Expo III and IV in Chicago (2003 and 2005). John also has been a correspondent and reporter with the Milwaukee Sentinel (1978-80), The Milwaukee Journal (1980-88) and the National Safety Council (1988-1990). He has also written for the Milwaukee Bugle American (1976-78), The Torch of the University of Wisconsin – Madison, and the Kagnew Gazelle in US Army Kagnew Station in Eritrea (1966 – 70), the UWM Post and the WUWM public radio at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee (1970-76).
