The Combined Database (CDB) is privileged and sensitive information. As such it is provided for
my individual use as a member of the Board of Advisors or the Board of Directors to help me
contact and communicate with user groups for APCUG business purposes only. No part of the
database is to be distributed to anyone, nor may it be used for personal or commercial purposes.
The only exception to this would be to furnish contact information to assist one APCUG member
user group to reach another group. Any requests for user group information from vendors or
others shall be forwarded to the APCUG secretary for response and tracking. Under no
circumstances are sizes of groups or listings of groups according to size categories to be
disclosed or distributed.
