Barbara Manning works with senior executives in a variety of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies, and with insurance, banking and advertising industries. She has developed and implemented brand objectives and direct marketing strategies, objectives and tactics -- including database design, building, management and maintenance. She has developed the strategic and implementation plans for websites, and has worked with clients to understand and effectively use customer segmentation, retention and acquisition techniques. She has hands-on experience in database management and program analysis.
