3.9 Compensation: |
| By Board of Directors' resolution, Directors or officers may be paid their expenses, if any, of attendance at each Board meeting but not a fixed sum for attendance at each Board meeting nor a stated salary as Director or officer or any combination of the foregoing. No such payment shall preclude any Director or officer from serving the Association in any other capacity and receiving compensation therefor at no more than normal market rates. |
